    Professional Certificate in English for Business Communication

    Duration: 4 weeks

    The aim of this course is for learners to develop the skills required for effective communications within an organisation. Learners will be able to identify issues that relate to adverse effects in a business and how to address them.

    The course focuses on the learner’s ability to perform in real business situations through the medium of English. Learners are expected to understand a wide range of business communications such as to write letters and memos in response to a wide range of situations and prepare agenda and minutes, notices, speeches, advertisements, articles, press releases, mailshots, formal invitations and analytical reports.
